No. The agency agreement can be signed at a mutually agreed stage of cooperation. However, you must register the client with the manager before their first contact with InvestEast.

Contact the manager for the relevant service area on WhatsApp and provide the client’s name, contact details and the service they are interested in. Obtain the client’s consent before sharing their contact details. If the client contacts InvestEast before you register them, they will be treated as a direct client of the company.

After the work for the client has been completed and the company has received payment for the service, in accordance with the agency agreement.

The rate depends on the service and is specified in the relevant agency agreement. Request the agreement from the manager for your chosen service area. The highest commissions are available for second citizenship, residence permits and Thailand Privilege visas.

Yes. A separate cooperation arrangement is available where the agent works directly with the client and adds their own markup to the cost of InvestEast’s services. The terms are agreed individually.

Thai companies, individuals holding a Thai Tax ID and Work Permit, and companies registered outside Thailand.

Depending on the partner’s status, we may require a passport, Thai Tax ID, Work Permit, bank details, an individual or company address, and company registration documents, including DBD documents for Thai companies. Documents are provided privately to the manager when arranging cooperation. This page has no public document upload form.

Yes. Advance registration is required to assign the client to the agent. If the client contacts us directly before registration, no partner commission is payable for that client.
