If you remain in Thailand continuously for more than 90 days, once this period has expired, and every 90 days thereafter, you must submit a notification to the Immigration Office using Form TM47.
What happens if the report is overdue.
The penalty for failure to comply with this requirement is usually THB 2,000, but it may reach THB 5,000 plus THB 200 for each day of delay.
