On December 7, 2017, the Investeast agency held the first event of the season — a seminar titled “Business Ideas for Thailand.”
The seminar took place in a productive and welcoming atmosphere, with more than 30 guests in attendance, including both experienced professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. The event was divided into several parts: a legal section covering the basics of setting up a business in Thailand and an analysis of foreign-owned companies; a brief overview of various business types — both existing and potential — including an assessment of their strengths and weaknesses in terms of legal complexity and market entry in Thailand; as well as a review of the most promising and government-supported sectors for foreign entrepreneurs within the framework of the Thailand Board of Investment programs and the Eastern Economic Corridor project.
The final part of the seminar was dedicated to answering guests’ questions and engaging in open discussions of various ideas and perspectives, both publicly and in private conversations. The Investeast team sincerely thanks all guests and participants and looks forward to meeting again in the New Year 2018.
Participants received up-to-date information firsthand and comprehensive answers to many of their questions. The communication took place in a friendly atmosphere, and after the official part, the event smoothly transitioned into networking with drinks and refreshments.
