The list of documents required to obtain a Non-B visa at the Royal Thai Consulate in Moscow can be found on the official consulate website.
1. Initial preparation
Send us a copy of Your passport and a photo (passport and photo for family members, as well as translations of the marriage certificate / birth certificate).
2. Document preparation
We will prepare the WP3 form and other documents required to obtain a Non-B visa (Non-O for spouse and children) and send them to You.
3. Medical insurance
You purchase medical insurance for Yourself and each family member — a 1-year policy that includes treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19, with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000.
4. Flight arrangement
You determine the travel date to Thailand and book a flight. This can be coordinated through the consulate.
5. Submission to the consulate
You submit the following documents to the Royal Thai Consulate:
- Cover letter in English briefly describing the situation
- Documents provided by us (WP3). Note: the WP3 form must be valid at the time of entry into Thailand
- Passport copies
- Medical insurance
- Completed DCIOs declaration form including flight number (to be obtained from the consulate in advance)
- Birth certificate and marriage certificate with notarized translation (for spouse and children visas)
6. COE approval
The consulate forwards Your documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and, after approval, issues the Certificate of Entry (COE).
7. Visa application
You wait for approval from the consulate to submit the visa application. The following documents are required:
- Passport
- Two photographs
- Completed visa application form (obtained from the consulate)
- Educational diploma (if required, depending on the consulate)
- Bank statement
- Documents provided by us (WP3)
- Medical insurance
- DCIOs declaration form with flight number
- Cover letter in English
- Birth and marriage certificates with notarized translation (if applicable)
8. Visa issuance
You receive Your passport with the visa, as well as the Certificate of Entry (COE).
9. Quarantine booking
You book a hotel in Bangkok for a two-week quarantine upon arrival. The list of ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) hotels can be found here.
10. COVID-19 test
No earlier than 72 hours before departure, You take a COVID-19 test and obtain a “Fit to Fly” certificate.
11. Departure procedures
At the airport before departure, You present the following documents:
- Fit to Fly certificate
- Medical insurance
- Declaration form
- COVID-19 test result
- ASQ hotel booking confirmation
12. Arrival in Thailand
Upon arrival, You proceed directly to the pre-booked quarantine hotel.
After 2 weeks, You are free to travel within the country.
