2. What requirements apply to the office.
The office must have a separate entrance and a sign displaying the company name, address, and business hours in Thai and English.
The office premises must correspond to the company’s business activity. The number of workstations and office equipment should match the number of office employees. Special equipment, advertising materials, and product samples may also be required.
3. Is it possible to rent premises in a condominium for use as an office.
Condominium regulations may designate specific premises for commercial activities, usually on the ground floor.
At the same time, the company’s activities must not disturb the residents of the condominium.
An exception may apply where the company owns a condominium unit. In such case, the apartment may be used as the company’s address as residential premises.
4. Can one office be used as the registered address for several companies.
One office may be used by several companies.
In such case, it is necessary to conclude several lease agreements or obtain the owner’s consent to enter into a sublease agreement.
The maximum number of companies that may use one premises will depend on its size.
