Types of visas we can assist You with:

1. Tourist Visa to Thailand (TR Visa)
For citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and others.

What the TR Visa offers:
Stay in Thailand for up to 60 days with the possibility of a 30-day extension, no hassle at the border — the visa is obtained in advance and is a convenient alternative to Visa on Arrival.

Documents:

  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Photo 4×6 cm
  • Round-trip flight tickets
  • Hotel booking or rental agreement
  • Bank statement: minimum THB 20,000
  • Completed application form
  • Consular fee: from USD 35–40

Processing time:
Up to 15 working days (at the consulate)

2. LTR (Long-Term Resident Visa) — 10-year visa
For high-net-worth individuals, pensioners, and highly qualified professionals with strict income and asset requirements.

Categories:

  • Wealthy Citizen — assets from USD 1 million, including at least USD 500,000 invested in Thailand
  • Wealthy Pensioner — age 50+, passive income from USD 80,000 per year or assets from USD 250,000 in Thailand
  • Work from Thailand Professionals — income from USD 80,000, with additional requirements if income starts from USD 40,000
  • Highly-Skilled Professionals — requirements related to education, industry, income, and qualifications

Family: spouse, parents, and children under 20 can be included
Insurance: required, with coverage of at least USD 50,000, or a deposit of USD 100,000 for the main applicant and USD 25,000 for family members
Validity: 10 years with extension option
Application: through the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI)

3. DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) — 5-year visa for digital nomads
For remote workers, freelancers, short-term course students, and their families.

Validity: 5 years, with stays of up to 180 days per entry
Multiple entry: no need to reapply for each visit

Requirements:

  • Proof of remote work or employment contract
  • Bank statement with a minimum balance of THB 500,000 for the past 3 months
  • For short-term course students (soft power programs such as Thai cuisine, Muay Thai, etc.) — a letter from an accredited institution

Family: available for spouses and minor children

Advantages: freedom of movement and comfortable long-term legal stay

4. Retirement Visa
A long-term visa for foreigners aged 50+ who wish to live in Thailand.

Requirements in Thailand:

  • Bank account in Bangkok Bank or Krungsri Bank
  • Minimum balance of THB 800,000, held for at least 3 months before application

Application:

  • Submission no later than 25 days before the expiration of the current visa or stamp
  • Mandatory visit to the Immigration Office for photo registration

At the Thai Consulate in Moscow (for citizens of Russia and Belarus):

  • Medical certificate
  • Insurance coverage of at least USD 100,000 (or THB 3,000,000)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Bank statement showing THB 800,000 (or equivalent)

Validity:
1 year with extension option (in Thailand); multiple entry (if obtained at a consulate), without extension inside the country

5. Thailand Elite Visa — privilege visas
A premium long-term visa with VIP services for 5, 10, or 15 years.

Cost:
From THB 900,000 to THB 2,500,000 depending on the package (Gold, Platinum, Diamond)
