What should You do if a developer in Thailand has completed construction of Your apartment and invites You for inspection, but You are abroad? If there are doubts about the actual area of the unit, measurements should be carried out. In case of significant discrepancies with the area stated in the contract, consequences may range from price adjustment to contract termination.
